What is CollectorPursuit Grouper?

AI-powered eBay batch lister. Upload images, group items, auto-generate listings with Grok, schedule, auto list or create drafts for review/edit and publishing.

How do I get started?

Register for free (100 free credits, no card required), then the setup wizard walks you through connecting eBay, choosing your payment/return policies, shipping setup, and store policies. Once setup is complete your dashboard and listing tools unlock.

How do I list my first batch of items?

Go to Sessions and create a session with a SKU prefix (e.g. "r5 g2"). Upload your photos, group them into items, review the item details, then click Finalize. Finalized items go to the lister queue and are listed automatically (or saved as drafts in Draft Mode).

What is a SKU prefix?

A short identifier for a batch, like "r5 g2". Each item gets the prefix plus its number as the eBay custom label (e.g. "r5 g2 91"), so items are easy to find later in Active Listings, SKU Tools and the Item Sequence Report.

How does photo grouping work?

After uploading, click the last photo that belongs to each item — everything since the previous boundary becomes that item and the counter advances. The live counter shows uploaded vs. assigned photos. You can also group automatically with printed marker cards.

How do I crop, rotate or combine photos?

In the Grouper, use the crop, rotate and combine tools on any photo. Rotation changes the actual image pixels so eBay shows it correctly oriented. Combine merges several photos into one main image.

Can I set prices, notes or catalog numbers per item?

Yes. Click an item in the Item Details sidebar to add a price override, catalog number or notes, then Save. Session-wide pricing and category controls set the defaults for every item in the session.

How does the AI choose the right prompt for my items?

CollectorPursuit includes a catalog of prebuilt collectible prompts (stamps, postcards, comics and more). The AI matches each item to the best prompt automatically, or you can pick a category for the whole session. Browse them in the AI Prompts Catalog.

Can I create a single listing without a session?

Yes. Use Single Listing to create one item from its photos, then review and publish it from Drafts.

What does Draft Mode do?

With Draft Mode on, the lister saves drafts instead of posting live to eBay. Review and edit each one on the Drafts page, then publish. This is a good way to check the AI output on your first few batches.

Why are my items not listing?

Open the Monitor: check whether the lister is paused, the daily cap has been reached, a schedule window is active, or items are in Failed Items. Also confirm you have credits and that your eBay account is still connected.

What happens if an item fails to list?

It shows in Failed Items on the Monitor with the eBay error. Fix the cause (for example, a missing item specific or an expired eBay connection) and retry it. A failed listing never uses a credit.

How do I schedule listings?

On the Schedule page, set the days, start/end times, interval between listings and daily cap. Schedules run in the background even when the app is closed.

One credit covers one live listing, one optimization or one delist/relist. Drafts are free. Credits are one-time purchases (no subscription) and never expire. Buy bundles on the Pricing page, or turn on auto top-up in Settings.

How is shipping chosen for each listing?

Your Shipping Rules decide it: each rule matches by item weight, dimensions or price, and the first matching rule sets the eBay shipping policy. The AI never picks shipping. You can also buy and print labels on the Shipping page.

How do I edit my live eBay listings?

Active Listings shows your whole eBay catalog with filters for shipping, weight and crosslist status. Select listings to bulk edit them, or use SKU Tools to find and fix SKU problems.

How do I improve listings that are not selling?

The Listing Optimizer rewrites titles, descriptions, item specifics and prices, for one listing or a saved batch queue. Optimization Reports show the price and sales results afterwards.

What do Delist/Relist, the Balancer and Auto-Auction do?

Delist/Relist refreshes stale listings. The daily Listing Balancer spreads renewal dates evenly, and the optional Auto-Auction converter turns watched store items into 7-day auctions using your rules.

Mismatches flags items where your inputs conflict with what the AI saw (for example, a price or category that does not fit the photos), so you can review them before they go live.

How does crosslisting to HipStamp, HipPostcard and HipComic work?

Connect your Hip accounts in Marketplace Sync and set sync rules. Matching eBay listings are copied to Hip automatically. When an item sells on one marketplace, it is ended on the other within about 15 minutes to prevent double sales.

Can I recover a listing that ended or was deleted?

Yes. The Recovery Vault keeps ended and sold listings with their content and photos, so you can repost them to eBay or restore them as drafts. Listing History shows every item's full timeline.

Should I buy this item? How do I track sourcing profit?

Buy It or Not checks recent eBay sold prices against your cost and fee settings for a buy/pass call. Sourcing ROI tracks what you paid against what each item actually sold for.

What are marker cards and inventory cards?

Marker cards are printed cards you photograph between items so the Grouper can split them automatically. Inventory cards are printable labels for your stored items, matching your live listings.

How do I add team members or change my settings?

Invite helpers from the Team page; they work in your account. Settings covers units, currency, your default address, store policies (added to every description) and your eBay connection.

• Batch end marker: Right-click an item in the sidebar to mark it as the batch end — useful for splitting large uploads.
• Item metadata: Add catalog numbers, special notes, and price overrides per item in the sidebar before finalizing.
